My name is Erika Tellmann and I am from Norway, now living in Bangkok. Annually, to raise funds for Kids Action for Kids, I organize a Summer Lottery in Norway and Games at the International Family Fair at International School of Bangkok (ISB). My brother Victor and mum Hilde also help out in different events of Kids Action for Kids.
“I like supporting KAFK, because it is a great opportunity to be able to help someone’s life become better. KAFK also lets the whole family do something together. Everyone appreciates that all the money goes to help the children in need for surgery. It was such a great experience when I for the first time met the children and their families before the surgery done here in Bangkok. It made it more real to be in the atmosphere and see that our work really makes a difference, not only for the child, but for the whole family. It is heart-warming to have the support from friends and families – it is the essence that makes my effort happen and become a success.”
