Kids Action for Kids and partners funded an ongoing medical surgery mission for 50 children at Maharaj Nakhon Si Thammarat Hospital in Nakhon Si Thammarat province in the south of Thailand in August 2023.

To mark the start of the mission it was held an online meeting with doctors and nurses representing the hospital, where Operation Smile Thailand, and the two sponsors, KAFK and Rak Ban Kerd Foundation, participated. The hospital team presented regarding their work with patients with cleft lip- and palate.

This was the first time KAFK supported a medical mission in this province.
