Srinakarin Hospital in Khon Kaen province, Thailand, October 2024

Kids Action for Kids, Bencharongkul Foundation, and OST funded an ongoing medical surgery mission for 50 children at Srinakarin Hospital in Khon Kaen province in Thailand which started in October 2024.

It was great to be back to the northeastern part of Thailand, together with our partners Bencharongkul Foundation and Operation Smile Thailand to kick off the ongoing mission. At the hospital, we met with the extremely professional doctors, nurses, and hospital staff at Srinakarin Hospital, as well as some of the kids who will undergo surgery in the coming weeks, and their families.

2024 marks our 15th anniversary as a partner of Operation Smile Thailand (OST) and as a sponsor of cleft- lip and palate surgeries in Thailand and Myanmar, and this is our 28th medical mission together with OST since we started our work in 2009.

Thank you very much to the hospital team, to our partners Bencharongkul Foundation and Operation Smile Thailand, and of course to all of our supporters and donors for making this possible! Thank you all for your hard work and trust in us! Together with our partner and the volunteer healthcare personnel we have given over 2,300 people a new chance at life over the last 15 years.
